He and his worker were very professional, neat and cleaned up as they went. They communicated well, calling ahead of time, came at the time they said and did exactly as agreed on my estimate. The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies I had received quotes from too. The project was completed in a timely manner and turned out beyond my expectations. I’m extremely satisfied and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Called him couple hours later and was told he’d be there later that evening, never showed. I try and call now and my call is forwarded/blocked. Very unprofessional, if you’re to busy to take the job, just let the customer know up front and don’t lead them on for weeks. I am sure I’m not the biggest job but a little professionalism goes a long way.

I had had 2 other window repair men that came out prior to Kerry and neither one could figure out how to stop the leak. They were caulking the outside of the window when he determined silicone sealer had to go in the hollow frames to keep it from leaking. Well, it worked. Thanks Kerry
